Ini Jadwal Penutupan Loket Tiket di Bandara yang Dikelola AP II

– PT Angkasa Angkasa Pura II (Persero) memastikan akan menghapus loket
penjualan tiket pesawat di bandara yang dikelolanya secara bertahap.
Keputusan itu diambil sesuai dengan keputusan Menteri Perhubungan
Ignasius Jonan yang meniadakan loket tiket di bandara.
“Ditiadakannya loket tiket bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan,
keselamatan, dan pelayanan. Lalu menciptakan suasana lebih teratur dan
nyaman, menghilangkan pihak yang berkepentingan di bandara, dan
menghapus praktik percaloan tiket,” ujar Direktur Utama AP II Budi Karya
Sumadi di Jakarta, Selasa (10/2/2015).
Lebih lanjut kata dia, penutupan loket tiket akan dimulai dari
Bandara Soekarno-Hatta dan Bandara Kualanamu pada 1 Maret 2015. Satu
bulan berselang, pada 1 April 2015, AP II akan meniadakan loket tiket di
Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II (Palembang), Bandara Sultan Syarif
Kasim II (Pekanbaru), Bandara Internasional Minangkabau (Padang), dan
Bandara Sultan Husein Sastranegara (Bandung).
Setelah itu, pada 1 Mei 2015 AP II akan melanjutkan penutupan loket
tiket di Bandara Iskandar Muda (Aceh), Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma
(Jakarta), Bandara Raja Haji Fisabililah (Tanjung Pinang), Bandara
Depati Amir (Pangkalpinang), Bandara Supadio (Pontianak), Bandara Sultan
Thaha (Jambi), dan Bandara Silangit (Tapanuli Utara).
“Seiring dengan dihilangkannya loket tiket, kami juga mengoperasikan layanan customer service di bandara,” kata Budi.
Sebelumnya, Menhub Jonan telah mengeluarkan surat edaran yang
melarang diadakannya ruang penjualan tiket di semua bandara di Tanah
Air. Permintaan penghapusan loket tersebut tertuang dalam surat edaran
Menteri Perhubungan dengan Nomor HK 209/1/1/16/PHP.2014.
Awalnya, aturan ini bakal berlaku efektif mulai 15 Februari nanti.
Namun Jonan memberikan tenggat waktu 3 bulan kepada bandara dan maskapai
untuk benar-benar mempersiapkan pelayanan di bandara saat peraturan itu
berlaku.

Furthermore, he said, closing the ticket counter will start from
Soekarno-Hatta and Kualanamu on 1 March 2015. A month later, on 1 April
2015, AP II would negate the ticket counter at the Airport Hamilton II
(Palembang), Airport Sultan Syarif Kasim II (II), Minangkabau
International Airport (Padang), and Sultan Polonia Airport (London).
After that, on May 1, 2015 AP II will extend the closure of the ticket
counter at the airport Iskandar Muda (Aceh), Airport (Jakarta), Raja
Haji fisabilillah (Tanjung Pinang), Westchester County Airport
(Minneapolis), Frankfurt Airport (Singapore) , Sultan Taha Airport
(Jambi), and service cikoneng (North Latitude).
"Along with the removal of the ticket counter, we also operate a service customer service at the airport," said Budi.
Earlier, Minister of Jonan has issued a circular prohibiting the holding of a ticket at all airports in the country. Pendant removal request is contained in the circular of the Minister of Relations with HK No. 209/1/1/16 / PHP.2014.
Initially, this rule will be effective from 15 February. However
Jonan giving a deadline of 3 months to airports and airlines to really
prepare for service at the airport when the rule applies.
